** You have the possibility to participate in a dinner on April 7th, 2011. The price for the visit of the miniature city, the dinner and the drinks is 60 € net (71.40 € gross, incl. 19% Dutch VAT).
After having received the registration you will get the invoice with all necessary details by e-mail or mail. The invoice serves at the same time as the confirmation, a separate confirmation will not be sent. The transfer of the amount is to realize within 10 days after receipt of invoice.
If the registration is after March 10th 2011, the bank transfer voucher has to be sent by e-mail (pia.kathoefer(at)vdtuev.de) or fax (+49 30 76 00 95-331).
All bank charges are on account of the participant.
Participation can be cancelled free of charge until February 28th, 2011. If participation is cancelled between February 28th and March 10th 2011 50% of the participation fee will be refunded by the organiser. If participation is cancelled after March 11th 2011 there will be no refund by the organiser.
