Participation fees

The congress participation fee is 540 € net and 642.60 € gross (incl. 19% Dutch VAT) and includes

• Congress participation for 2 days
• Coffee
• Lunch incl. 1 soft drink
• Mineral water during the conference
• Conference bag with congress documents
• Conference proceedings (to be disseminated after the congress)
• Simultaneous translation from English into German
• Support service by congress personnel

The participation fee for the congress does not include the costs for travelling, the accommodation and drinks at the hotel bar.
